Late at night I like to curl up with a hard iphone and headphones that hurt my ears and binge-watch Netflix while I put the kids to sleep.
During the day if I’m making a tutu in my bedroom, I’ll watch TV to make it more fun. Shameless business plug here: Check out Griffela Tutu Boutique on Facebook and Etsy.
In case you were wondering, yes I also read books. I just have a TV obsession.
I have many shows on the go at one time. Here’s today’s list.
- The Fall – My number 1 show. Brilliant, sexy, smart. He’s my favourite serial killer. I just can’t freaking wait until Season 3 airs.

- The 100 – 3 Seasons and caught up. American SciFi- Dystopian drama set 97 years ago, nuclear war destroyed civilization on Earth. Loosely based on the The 100 Triology, a young adult science fiction series written by Kass Morgan. Filmed in Vancouver and many of the actors are Canadians. A simpler description would be “good-looking folks getting dirty while trying to avoid war”. There are a lot of badass bitches on this show and I love it. When a new episode becomes available on Netflix, I jump on it.

Source - Outlander – caught up. The hottest show on television besides that one scene in Scandal. Krystle knows what I’m talking about. Returns for Season 2 on April 9th 2016.
- Downton Abbey – I’m a season or two behind. I saw this today. Better stock up on the tea! I can’t wait!

- GOT – We usually wait for this show to be done it’s season and then binge-watch it.
- Scandal – caught up. In love with this show. What will happen next?! When it says NEW EPISODES on Kerry Washington’s photo I get so excited.

source - The Mindy Project – One of my faves. See my March 19th 2016 blog post.
- The Walking Dead – up to Season 6 mid-season finale. Michonne is my spirit animal.
- The Vampire Diaries – up to Season 7 mid-season finale. Everyone on this show it hot. That is all.

- Schitt’s Creek – One of the funniest shows I’ve ever watched. A Canadian Series. Follows a rich turned poor family of nitwits.

- Strange Empire Season 1 – Another Canadian series that I am captivated by. Set in 1869 on the Alberta/Montana border, it follows 3 intelligent woman and how they deal with being dealt shit everyday by the men around them.
- X-Company – waiting for Season 2 to come on Netflix Canada. A Canadian/Hungarian spy thriller that shows audiences a glimpse of the role Canada played in WWII. Creator Stephanie Morgenstern says “We’re also losing the storytellers of that war. Our grandfathers, our great-uncles, our great-grandmothers are all dying and it’s important that we continue to share their stories on a very intimate, personal level with the next generation.”

- OITNB – Season 4 starts June 17th 2016!
- Sherlock – Filming for Season 4 starts April 2016. Fantastic show. Benedict and Bilbo are amazing together.
- Jessica Jones – See other blog post about Daredevil.
- Master of None – waiting for Season 2 to premiere. Absolutely hilarious and a fantastic take on modern dating. If you enjoyed Aziz’s stand up, you will like this show. If you haven’t watching his stand up comedy specials yet you need to go do that right now. On MoN, Aziz’s real parents are cast and they are perfect. Here is a quote showing what his dad thought of the experience.

Source - The Originals – just a couple episodes in. This Vampire Diaries spin-off has 3 seasons and a webseries that follows Kol.
- Unbreakable Kimmie Schmidt – just a couple episodes in. So far pretty funny. Follows a chick that’s recently been rescued from a bomb shelter where she lived with a cult. She’s not figuring out life in New York.
- Midsomer Murders Season 3 – This British show has been going on for 20 years. An amazing feat. Humorous, fun, and old school.

Source - Daredevil – re-watching with Scott so we can watch Season 2 together.

Source - Better Call Saul – half way through the first season and we lost interest. Will pick it up again one day.
- Vikings – Stopped watching after Season 2 but would like to get back to it.
- Supernatural – A show so great that my dad made a webseries and film about the Supernatural Fandom phenomenon. Check it out @ Two Sharks Media
